Ingredients
- 2 tbs. French Red Vinegar
- 2 tbs. finely chopped Shallots
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 tsp. Dijon Style Mustard
- 6 tbs. Olive Oil
- 1 tbs. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbs. Heavy Cream
- (may substitute Yogurt or omit entirely)
Instructions
- Using a blender, add first 5 ingredients and, with blender running, add oil.
- Continue blending.
- Add in lemon juice and then the optional cream or yogurt.
